Rename and reorganize MultiviewRenderTestBase

MultiviewRenderTestBase is renamed to MultiviewFramebufferTestBase since the functionality it has is mostly to set up a framebuffer. This cleans up the test class without including functional changes to ease diagnosis of issues with resource init/teardown.
