Change test result types + add additional logging

New result types: Passed, Failed, TimedOut, Crashed, CompileFailed, Skipped. They divide the results of tests more clearly. Results are now immediately logged to the stdout once a test batch completes. Flags, with the exception of --gtest_filter now use "-" instead of "_".
