Improve dirtybits for compute · 99118c1cjchen10 authored
For D3D11 backend, dirtybits are used to sync and update state for compute. For GL backend, mProgramUniformBuffersDirty, mProgramAtomicCounterBuffersDirty, mProgramImagesDirty are newly applied.
