Update expectations for deqp failure

KHR-GLES3.packed_depth_stencil.clear_buffer.depth24_stencil8 KHR-GLES3.packed_depth_stencil.verify_read_pixels.depth24_stencil8 Appear to be failing due to a driver issue on Pixel devices, update expectations to call out that bug.
