The dEQP tests KHR-GLES3.copy_tex_image_conversions.* are crashing on
Pixel 2 after outputting many VVL errors:
VUID-vkAllocateMemory-maxMemoryAllocationCount-04101
Skipping the tests for now to unblock the VVL rolls.
