ExtendedDirtyBitType qualifies DIRTY_BIT_EXTENDED dirtybit.
Clip control code path can now set the appropriate ExtendedDirtyBitType
when there is a change in state. Also remove the ClipSpaceOrigin member
in the Vulkan backend that cached front-end state.
