Two tests are added to measure the overhead involved in the
Observer/Subject interface -
1. FramebufferAttachmentBenchmark - stresses repeated attach/detach
of observers to subjects.
2. FramebufferAttachmentStateUpdateBenchmark - stresses state updates
to subjects and their propagation to observers.
