* Add Solaris support

Define BENCHMARK_OS_SOLARIS for Solaris.

Platform specific implementations added:
* number of CPUs detection
* CPU cycles per second detection
* Thread CPU usage
* Process CPU usage

* Remove the special case for per process CPU time for Solaris, it's the same as the default.
