Add missing manpages

This introduces manpages for: - lxc-checkconfig - lxc-device - lxc-info - lxc-netstat - lxc-shutdown (wasn't in Makefile) - lxc-start-ephemeral - lxc-version This commit also sorts configure.ac and Makefile.am.
