lxc-doc-synopsis-args

I was getting raw nroff ".SH DESCRIPTION" in my man pages. This fixes the synopsis cmd args so that doesn't happen. Added replaceable to a few arguments. Signed-off-by: Dwight Engen <dwight.engen@oracle.com>
