Added EGL display validity check
If the EGLDisplay input parameter to eglInitialize isn't
PRIMARY_DISPLAY or HEADLESS_DISPLAY, egl::Display::get()
will return null. Instead of crashing, we should return
an EGL_BAD_DISPLAY error.
