Moved all HLSL-related code from ProgramBinary to DynamicHLSL. · 5f562735Jamie Madill authored
DynamicHLSL encapsulates all HLSL generation we need outside the the shader translator, such as for linking between input and output stages and point sprite geometry shaders.
