    Fix memory leak in Renderer11::getD3DTextureInfo · 990990b4

    If the device for the texture does not match mDevice, we early out of
    the method without releasing textureDevice.
    
    Fixed by adding DynamicCastComObjectToComPtr and using angle::ComPtr
