It is illegal to use both glFragData and glFragColor in the same shader according to the OpenGL spec, so a check was added to verify that this doesn't happen, and returns an error if it does. The fix is in 2 parts: 1) Multiplying a matrix by a float was failing due to attempting to use the matrix's index on the float, thus going out of bounds. 2) Multiplying a vector or matrix by vectors or matrices of a different size was not causing a failure, but now it does. We used to allocate thread-local memory on each compile. If the compile did not happen on the same thread as ShInitialize, we leaked the thread-local memory. It turns out that there is no need to allocate any thread-local memory. This patch cleans up all the unnecessary junk around TLS.
